Obituary of Tom Stetter

Thomas (Tom) Stetter, age 67, of Florence, KY passed away on Monday, October 14, 2024 at St. Elizabeth Hospice.

Those who loved Tom would tell you he was easy going and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, dirt track racing, and Nascar. He was a fan of Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Kyle Busch. Tom enjoyed playing Texas hold’em, rooting on UK sports, going out to eat or spending a Sunday with his wife perusing Jungle Jims for great deals!

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, Dorsey Meadows and Elizabeth Steele.

Mourning his loss are his wife of 20 years; Ruth Kirkpatrick, daughter; Lora Stetter, Siblings; Bob (Bonnie) Stetter and Elizabeth (Scott) Appelman, and two grandchildren, many cousins in West Virginia and several nieces and nephews.

To honor Tom’s memory and celebrate his life a visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26th at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home 8461 Dixie Highway, Florence, KY 41042 beginning at 10:00am, service will start at 11:00am.
