Like many of the parents on Cherokee Drive, Uncle Don has always been one of several dad's that we looked up to, loved, and feared when we deserved it. Cherokee Drive was a special place to grow up.
Right now, I bet Uncle Don is taking care of Charlie and all the pups and diplomatically conveying to his former neighbor Art his thoughts on Art's opinions of lawn care.
I grew up across the street from Don. After getting married and moving to Erlanger, I had to replace my water heater. I called my dad and he said he would need a certain tool to install the new one. He called Don and asked him if he had that tool and of course he did. Not only did he let him borrow it, he came along and helped install it. This is type of person Don was and I am so thankful to know him
