Obituary of Hilda Marie Kaub

Hilda Marie Blau Kaub, 99, of Covington, died Friday at St. Charles Care Center, Covington. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Cecilia Church, Independence. Her husband, Joseph C. Kaub, died in 1988. A son, George Kaub, died in 2004. Survivors include daughters, Mary Louise Kahmann of Edgewood, Alvera Stegbauer of Lynchburg, Ohio, and Dorothy Carneal of Independence; a son, Joseph R. Kaub of Walton; 14 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Cecilia Church. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Independence. Memorials are suggested to St. Charles Care Center, 500 Farrell Drive, Covington, Ky. 41011, or the charity of the donor's choice.
