Obituary of Barbara Anne Binder

Barbara Ann Binder, 65, of Jacksonville, Fla., formerly of Independence, died June 28 while traveling in China. She was a retired saleswoman. Her husband, Randall Rapp Binder, died in 1975. Survivors include a daughter, Lori Taylor of Las Vegas; brothers, William Bishop of Florence and Richard Bishop of Tucson, Ariz.; her mother, Marguerite Bishop of Jacksonville; and a granddaughter. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Susan B.
