Obituary of Alma Wilson

Alma C. Chambers Wilson, age 71, of Independence passed away October 8, 2011, at River Valley Nursing Home Butler, KY. She loved to collect Depression glass and to yodel. Alma was a great cook and a wonderful wife and mother.
Survivors include her loving husband, Jack Wilson; daughter, Jacqueline Cade of Ft. Thomas; son, Mike Wilson of Independence; sisters, Willa Mae Wright Alma's twin sister of Crittenden, Sandy Palmer of Crittenden, Cheryl Sheriff of Dry Ridge; brothers, Denzil Chambers of Morningview, Ronnie Chambers Morningview; grandchildren, Christie Burns, Kevin Wilson, Brittany Hollaender, Brandt Cade; great grandchild, McKenzie LeeAnn. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Service will be held the next day Wednesday, October 12 at 10 a.m. at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence. Interment will be at Independence Cemetery in Independence. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 644 Linn Street, Suite 1026 Cincinnati, OH 45203.
