Obituary of James Truman Jennings

James Truman Jennings, 68, of Petersburg, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. He was a retired self-employed diesel truck mechanic from T&J Garage, a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church, Versailles, and an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Londa Tanner Jennings; a son, James Alan Jennings of Petersburg; a daughter, Venita Faye Sharon of Glencoe; brothers, Carl Jennings of Owensboro and Ray Jennings of Beech Grove; sisters, Carolyn Guy and Dorothy Maxwell, both of Calhoun, Lois Conrad of Beach Grove, Linda Pruner of Bristol, Va., and Kim Moore of Jackson; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Home, Calhoun. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, and from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Muster Funeral Home, Calhoun. Burial will be in Calhoun Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Mount Vernon Baptist Church, 1221 Old Frankfort Pike, Versailles, Ky. 40383.
