Obituary of Juanita Ransom

Juanita Webster Ransom, 83, of Independence, died Thursday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center South, Edgewood. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Covington. Her husband, Orville Merrill Ransom, preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth L. Ransom of Taylor Mill; daughters, Claudia A. Barnickle of Independence and Eileen J. Ransom of Dry Ridge; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to Oak Ridge Baptist Church, 6036 Club House Drive, Covington, Ky. 41015.
