Obituary of Bertha Florence Bowling

Bertha Florence Webster Bowling, 78, of Florence, formerly of Independence, died Thursday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence. She was a homemaker and a member of Kenton Baptist Church, Morning View, Belleview Eagles, and the Cold Spring F.O.P. Sons, Lonny Bowling and Ronnie Bowling, preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Ron Winscott of Covington; daughters, Sandra Brashear of Independence and Robin Dodd of Florence; brothers, David Webster of Taylor Mill, Jerry Webster of Ludlow and Lon Webster Jr. of Independence; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 11 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
