Obituary of Robert Rice

Robert N. "Bo" Rice, age 56 of Walton, passed away Thursday, January 12, 2012 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati. Bo was a disabled Captain of the Walton Fire Protection District and served as both a Firefighter and EMT. He enjoyed fishing and playing cards. He was a member of Zion Baptist Church in Walton. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert W. "Buster" Rice; and sister, Mary J. "Peaches" Harris.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Lou Rice; sister, Delores R. "Pee Wee" Rice; and niece, Catrina "Tinker Belle" Rice Colquitt, all of Walton.
Services for Bo will be held at the Walton Fire Protection District Station 1, Walton, Ky. Visitation will be 4-8 PM Friday, January 20, 2012. Funeral service will be 11 AM Saturday, January 21, 2012. Burial will be at Walton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Walton Fire Protection District, P.O. Box 7, 12600 Towne Center Dr., Walton, Ky. 41094.
