Obituary of Karen Yvonne German

Karen Yvonne Owens German, 49, of Florence, formerly of Independence, died Wednesday at Carroll County Hospital, Carrollton. She was a homemaker and a member of Bank- lick Street Church of God, Covington. Survivors include a son, Travis Edward German of Florence; a daughter, Elizabeth Marie Thompson of Walton; her parents, John F. and Norma J. Owens of Florence; a brother, John D. Owens of Taylor Mill; a sister, Venita L. Jacobson of Walton; and seven grandchildren. Services will be at noon Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to the American Lung Association, P.O.
