Obituary of Nellie Elizabeth Moore

Nellie Elizabeth Perry Moore, 101, of Florence, died Thursday at Florence Park Care Center. She was a nurse's aide retired from Booth Hospital and St. Elizabeth Medical Centers, and a member of Latonia Christian Church. Her husband, Cyrus Preston Moore; sons, Billy Moore, Bobby Moore, Hubbard Kavannaugh Moore, and Charles O. Moore; and daughters, Mabel Moore and Victoria Elizabeth Foster, preceded her in death. Survivors include sons, Louis G. Moore of Florence, Kenneth R. Moore of Burlington, and G. Thomas Moore of Jacksonville, Fla.; daughters, Isabelle Raisbeck of Florence and Janette F. Goyette of Sparta, Mich.; a sister, Patricia McKenzie of Russell; 26 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 21 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at noon Tuesday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger.
