Phillip Joseph Piper, 27, died Tuesday at his home.
He worked as a painter and in facility maintenance service.
Survivors include his father, Phillip Clark; mother, Connie Piper White; stepfather, Kenneth White; sisters, Angel, Connie M. and Mary White; brothers, Matthew, Kenneth Jr. and Timothy White; and grandparents, JoAnn Green, Richard Piper, Edmond and Marjorie Clark.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. today with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Taylor Mill.
