Robert Carl McCoy, 51, died Tuesday at Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Cincinnati.
He was an electronics technician, a U.S. Navy veteran and participated with the Radio Emergency Associated Communications Team amateur radio club.
Survivors include his mother, Edna Kidwell Campbell; stepfather, Wayne L. Campbell; and sister, Susan Maltaner.
No public service. The body will be cremated. Chambers & Grubbs Funeral home is handling arrangements.
