Obituary of Jeffrey Paul Collins

Jeffrey Paul Collins, 49, of Walton, died Saturday at St. Luke Hospital West, Florence.
He was a forklift driver with V&G Logistics.
Survivors include a son, Josh Collins of Walton; daughters, April Collins of Walton and Jodi Collins of Gallatin County; a brother, Dennis Collins of Walton; and three grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Collins Farm, Richwood. Cremation will be at Northern Kentucky Crematory.

Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Walton, is handling arrangements.
