Obituary of Theresa Kay Kemper

Theresa Kay Neeley Kemper, 38, of Florence, died Sunday at St. Luke Hospital East, Fort Thomas. She was a waitress and cook with Ryan's Steakhouse, Florence. Survivors include a daughter, Chelsie Marie Kemper of Pendleton County; sisters, Debbie Elliott of Burlington, Tammy Finnell of Stamping Ground, Kim Sebree of Burlington, Ruby Davis of Walton and April Couch of Dry Ridge; and brothers, Jack Neeley and Matt Neeley, both of Florence, Mark Neeley of Williamstown and David Neeley of Independence. Private services will be at the convenience of the family. Cremation will be at Northern Kentucky Cremation Service. Burial will be in Becknell Family Cemetery, Booneville. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
