Obituary of Wendell Eugene Miller

Wendell Eugene "Dump" Miller Sr., 69, of Independence, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospice Unit, Edgewood. He was a retired diesel mechanic with Mac Trucking Co., and a member of Bradford Masonic Lodge No. 123 and the Scottish Rite. Survivors include his wife, Pauline Miller; a son, Wendell Eugene Miller Jr. of Independence; a daughter, Annette Iles of Morning View; brothers, Donny Ray Miller and Jimmy Ray Miller, both of Crittenden, and Wilbur Miller Jr. of Ohio; sisters, Fannie Ritchie of Rabbit Hash, Ruth Ann Beach of Dry Ridge, Willena Conner and Linda Jo Etler, both of Crittenden; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Taylor Mill. Memorials are suggested to American Cancer Society, 297 Buttermilk Pike, Fort Mitchell, Ky. 41017.
