Obituary of Meredith Bailey Works

Meredith Bailey Works, 78, of Walton, died Thursday at his residence. He was a retired receiving clerk from Hostess Bakery, Cincinnati, and a member of Carter's Chapel United Methodist Church, Demossville.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Ann Spegal Works; a daughter, April Ann Works Garner of Independence; sisters, Geraldine Williams of Independence and Vivian Rice of Covington; and one grandchild.
Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Visitation will begin there at 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Carter's Chapel Cemetery, Demossville. Memorials are suggested to Carter's Chapel United Methodist Church, 1044 Carter's Chapel Road, Demossville, Ky. 41033.
