Obituary of Oakley Dale Stephens

Oakley Stephens, 52, of Independence, died Tuesday at his residence.
He was a retired self-employed diesel mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara Zschau Stephens; a son, Rodney Stephens of Elsmere; daughters, Tracy Schlensker and Amanda Addison, both of Covington; a brother, Luther Berle Stephens of Petersburg; sisters, Ruth Maxwell of Indianapolis, Ind., Anne Linden of Union, Wanda Evans of Ludlow, Judy Tapley of Revelo, Jean Smith of Florence, and Kathy Wilson of Xenia, Ohio; and five grandchildren.
No services or visitation are scheduled. Mr. Stephens will be cremated.
Memorials are suggested to the Association for the Blind, 2045 Gilbert Ave., Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
