Obituary of Logan Anthony Perkins

Logan Anthony Perkins, 1 month, of Hebron, died Wednesday at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He was the son of Shane M. Perkins and Sharon Iavarone.
Other survivors include grandparents, John Iavarone of Patchogue, N.Y., and Steve and Anita Perkins of Glencoe; and great-grandparents, Harold and Joyce Perkins of Bracken County.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling the arrangements.
