Michael Craig Turner, age 37 of Verona, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at his residence. He was employed at Dana Corp. as a machinist. A member of New Bethel Baptist Church, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, tinkering with cars and spending time with his children. He is survived by his mother, Emilda Ross Turner of Walton, daughters, Destiny and Mika Turner of Verona, son, Michael Turner Jr. of Verona, sister, Jessica DeFrances of Tollesboro, Ky. and brothers, Walter Turner III of Pineville, Ky., Scott Turner and Thomas Turner, both of Walton, Ky. He was preceded in death by his wife April Turner and his father, Walter Turner II.
A gathering of friends was Sunday, June 24, 2012 at Chambers & Grubbs Walton.
