Jeraldine "Jerry" Caldwell Fisk Johnson, age 75, of Independence, passed away February 23, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare of Florence, KY. Jerry was formerly employed by Sky Chef at the Greater Cincinnati Airport and later graduated from Booth School of Nursing and worked at various healthcare facilities including Florence Park Care Center. She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Annie Caldwell. Survivors include her daughters, Marty Epperson of Covington, KY, Karen Fisk of Clearwater, FL, Sharen Frost (Mike) of Union, KY; son, David Fisk of Morning View, KY; brother, Charley Caldwell of Independence, KY; 4 grandchildren Allison Donaldson, Amanda Ratcliff, Annie Fisk, Michael Frost and 3 great grandchildren, Brooke Donaldson, Melanie Ratcliff, and Colton Ratcliff.
Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 2 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home of Independence, KY with Services to follow. Interment will be at Independence Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude's Children Hospital P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142 Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
