Obituary of Betty Arendall

Betty Jean Rice Arendall, 79, of Union, KY formerly of Memphis, TN, passed away Friday, August 3, 2012 at the home of her son, Tyree Arendall. She was a secretary and former owner of Arendall Enterprises and a Southern Baptist. She loved fishing, tending to her Hummingbird Haven in Henning, TN and playing slots in Tunica, MS. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lewis Arendall, a Korean War Air Force veteran, in 2009, and her son Terry Hendrix who passed away shortly after his birth. Survivors include sons Tyree Arendall of Union, KY and Tim Hendrix of Millington, TN and grandchildren Nathan Arendall, Trevor Arendall and Gena Hendrix.
Memorial service will be 2 PM Saturday, August 11, 2012 at Holy Spirit Lutheran Church, 14615 Hwy 194 South, Oakland, TN 38060.
Memorial donations requested in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society.
