Obituary of Marilynn Lancaster

Marilynn Ann Hoffman Lancaster, age 75, of Florence, died Tuesday, September 11, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospice in Edgewood. She was a homemaker and an active member of Walton United Methodist Church. Her activities included the Nurture Team at church (hospitality, visitors, cards, food, etc..), Walton Homemakers, 4-H Camp, and traveling the world. Survivors include her husband (of 57 years), Robert Raymond Lancaster; daughters, Gina (Joe) Duncan of Troy, OH and Renee (Ken) Berkemeier of Walton; brothers, Edward Hoffman (Jan) of Walton and Leslie Hoffman (Kathy) of Villa Hills; four grandchildren Brent Berkemeier (Emily),Alyson Duncan, Natalie Duncan, and Stacey Berkemeier; and two great grandchildren (Pierce and Rocco Berkemeier)
A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 29th at 1:30 p.m. at United Methodist Church in Walton. Following the service there will be a celebration of life reception in the church fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth Hospice or to the Walton United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
