Obituary of Freddie Tirey

Freddie Wayne Tirey, age 67, of Florence, passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2012, at his residence. He was a retired Machine Operator for Signode in Florence, KY, who enjoyed wood working and history. Freddie was a member of the Walton Masonic Lodge #719, a 33rd degree Mason, and was currently serving as the Grand Chaplain for the state of Kentucky.
Survivors include his wife, Diana Carol Noel Tirey; daughter, Gina Tirey of Union; step-sons, Kevin Weldon of Virginia Beach, VA and Keith Weldon of Burlington, KY; Mother, Margaret Tirey of Latonia; and four grandchildren, Tabitha Tirey, Peyton Howorka, Maren Howorka, and Nora Weldon.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1 pm to 3 pm at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence. Masonic services will begin at 3 pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin immediately following the Masonic services. Interment will be at Napoleon Cemetery in Napoleon, KY.
Memorial donations may be made to Florence Baptist Church at Mt. Zion, 642 Mt. Zion Rd Florence, KY 41042.
