Obituary of Carl Hellmann

Carl Joseph Hellmann, 74, of Independence, died Saturday at his home.
He was a retired district modernization manager with Otis Elevator Co.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Osborne Hellmann; a son, Dr. C. Jay Hellmann of Independence; sisters, Delores Beckman of Covington and Juanita Warren of Union; a brother, John Hellmann of Buckner; and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to Northern Kentucky Agricultural Alumni Association Scholarship Fund, in care of Dr. Jay Hellmann, 11515 Taylor Mill Road, Independence, Ky. 41051.
