Sybil was such a super sweet lady! She always had a smile on her face & kind words to say! She was such a lovely lady as well! Loved seeing her dressed up in her bright blue outfit! Always looked forward to seeing her & getting a hug! Her & Neal are so missed at Sequoyah Hills Baptist Church!! She is now in the best place possible with our awesome Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ! I know she is smiling down on everyone! See u again one day Sybil!! We love & miss u! Love & sympathy from The Wilson Family

Grandma wasn't only your stereotypical grandmother. She was downright cool ! She was a girl from the Oklahoma countryside originally from the Lone Star state and it took a lot to phase Grandma....even a young grandchild starting trouble. Grandma was always understanding (to an extent of course). But she was always there with a smile and support. Oh and that fantastic homemade ice cream ! Grandma I love you very much and will never forget you. your grandson, Israel (Izzy) and his wife, Clare

She was originally Mrs. Carter, my Sunday School teacher and Amy's Mom, but when I started working at the church she became, Sybil. I enjoyed seeing her daily as she and Neal walked in the gym at the church, she catalogued choir music and made the flower gardens beautiful at Sequoyah Hills. I loved hearing her stories of travel with Neal and traveling to see the next grandchild. I loved getting Christmas cards from her once we moved to San Antonio, with letters enclosed keeping me up-to-date on SHBC and Amy's family. She was a godly woman with a great smile and wonderful example of a Proverbs women. I'm sorry I was not able to say goodbye in person, she will be missed.
