Obituary of Dorothy Cady

Dorothy Anne (nee Ruh) Cady, 89, of Walton, passed away peacefully Friday, July 5, 2013 at St. Elizabeth Hospice of Edgewood. She was a homemaker, a member of All Saints Catholic Church of Walton, and a devoted wife and mother. For the past 25 years, Dorothy volunteered weekly at Be Concerned Inc. and St. Elizabeth medical facility. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Walter Joseph Cady, Jr., and her daughter Peggy Anne Brown (nee Cady). She will be dearly missed by her children Walter (Carol) Cady III of Union, Carolyn (Tom) Hackman of Burlington, Thomas Cady of Verona, Jeanette (Mike) Wolf of Crestview Hills, and Terry (Karen) Cady of Crescent Springs. Dorothy is also survived by her brother George (Jackie) Ruh of Tulsa, OK, 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 10, 2013 from 5:00 PM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 7:00 PM at All Saints Catholic Church of Walton.
