My aunt Edy is one of the guiding lights in my life who led me to know Chist as my Lord and Savior. She was a devout Christian woman, never wavering from her faith as long as I've known her, which is from her age of 13 until her age of 81. I was born to her brother when she was a teenager, and she doted on me all of my life. I benefited from her love as well as from her discipline. As a child, if I misbehaved, she would just sit on me on the floor and tickle me until I couldn't breathe. That made me shape up very quickly. I am thankful for her wonderful husband, Melbourn, who cared for her so unselfishly in her later years. He sacrificed much to make sure that she had a great life. I will always be thankful for his kind heart. I'll miss Edy greatly, but I know she had to go and that she is now with the Lord in a far grander palce than this world could ever be. Until we meet again, Edy. I love you.
