To the family of Frank Jackson, I knew Brother Frank Jackson only 5 years, but I considered him a friend and a brother in Christ. Frank and I shared several meals and conversations together during the time he served as a deacon at the church we served together in and we also share some time together a few times afterwards. The last meal and visit we shared was on a Sunday morning August 31, 2014, during my visit to Northern Kentucky at the time of the birth of my first grandchild. My heart was sad when I heard the news of his fall, hospitalization, and subsequent death, but my heart is also glad that he has graduated to a place (eternal heaven) prepared by His Lord and Savior—Jesus Christ. I appreciate getting to know Frank a little during his twilight years. Among the things I appreciated the most was his humor, tender heart, concern for others, concern for the Lord’s church, and generous spirit. In particular, in closing, to Frank’s credit and God’s grace he gave to the non-profit mission organization that I started (Mission of Exchange)in 2012 $1,000 on 3 occasions to in order to help National Missionaries get the gospel of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth. Thanks Brother Frank Jackson for your exemplary life. You will be missed, but I plan on seeing you again in Eternity! Brother Tony Robinson—former Pastor of this dear man who will be missed.
