Julian Thomas Dunaway, 73, died Thursday, July 31, at St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood.

He was an electrician and foreman for R.A. Jones, Crescent Springs, Army veteran and he enjoyed hunting, fishing and farming.
His wife, Joan Taylor Dunaway, died in 1999.
Survivors include his daughter, Tina Snelling; son, Anthony Dunaway; sisters, Nancy Dunaway and Jane Huber; brother, Leroy Dunaway; two granddaughters; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-noon Monday, Aug. 4, with service following at Chambers & Grubbs Funeral Home, Independence. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, Fort Mitchell.
