Dear JP My condolences go to your family, especially you, who kept in touch with Paul in Cincinnati, Paul informed me of Jerry's passing. To the family - have strength in these times and try to remember the good times with jerry they will fortify you and give you strength. It was a pleasure being your Dad's friend and it is with great sorrow that I regret having lost touch with him. He taught me a lot and welcomed me into his family. May God grant him rest and peace as he goes to a better place. Michael Ashley
Dad the four of us will miss you. We are sad now but it is only for our loss, we know where you are and how happy you are now. I will look out for J.P. and the kids and I know you will be helping me from above,(one small favor??...help me give J.P. a kick when he needs it). J.P., Aggie, Terry, and me enjoyed the last couple of months spending so much time with you, watching races and talking about the important stuff. There is a reason you didn't pass on Jan. 3rd....God had reasons. We love you and miss you. Your Best Daughter-in-Law ( as you tell everyone...but I think it might be that I am your only Daughter-in-law...lol) Carol
J.P. words cant express the sorrow I felt when you told me about your Dad. Although I had never personally met him I felt I knew him quite well thru the years we had done business over the phone. I will always remember his unique personality and the many times he made me smile, in many ways he reminded me of my own father and I can distinctively remember over hearing the last conversation the two of them shared and it was about how proud they both were of thier children. In the days ahead if you need anything or just somebody to talk to you are always welcome to call. In the meantime just know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. David W. Roat
JP I am so sorry to hear about your Dad. He was a wonderful kind man. He will be missed. Hang in there. Jerry will always be looking down on your and your children. He really loved you guys. Jerry use to brag and brag about how good you are. What wonderful kids you have. We all loved him dearly
Dad, There are no words to tell you how much I love you and will miss you. I look forward to the day when we will rejoice together in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. You will forever be on my mind and in my heart. Thank you for being my Father. Love always your son, Jerry Jr
