Betty and family, sorry to read of Art's death. Even tho' it's been many years since we've had contact with each other still think about you and the "kids" quite often. Betty, Dinah, Arthur, & family, We were so sorry to see in the Maysville Independent about the loss of your husband/Dad/Grandad. He was always so friendly at the White-Reeves Reunions. He had a bright, wide smile for everyone. We are sure he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. We are glad to have been able to see him this year. Our deepest sympathies and prayers are with you. To the loved ones of Mr. Darnell, I was saddened to learn of Mr. Darnell's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of years ago at the Veterans Day Observance in Independence, KY. He had attended a free meal provided to all of our hero's who served our country in uniform. We appreciated his attendance and I remember that a few of the members of my squadron (Sons of The American Legion) had the chance to speak with him about his service.
