I worked with Irene in the late 1970's at the Department of Social Insurance. She's an aweswome woman and Earth will not be the same without her presence and her energy contributing to all that is good here. As her spirit rises off to whatever comes next, I believe that she is happy and healthy and well. No doubt she is entering into and contributing to her next life form with the open heart and willing spirit with which she lived this one. Bless you, Irene and blessings to her family....she loved you all.

Irene was a very good hearted person and worked hard to help those in need. I owe a lot to her for her friendship and guidance. It’s sad that when we grow older and take different paths that we lose touch with our friends but her memory will remain.

Irene gave me assistance when I transfered from Unemployement office to the Cabinet for Health and Families. I told her I would not get a pay check for about a month. No problems she gave me assistance right away. I will always be grateful to her for helping me in a tough time. Also enjoyed working with her over a period of many years before she retired.

I worked with Irene as a caseworker from January 1981 until she retired. Irene always had the client's best interest at heart. She knew customer service before the Cabinet for Health and Families came up up with this logo. She was a lovely lady. Irene will be missed by all her friends and family.
