Midge, I am so sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I will always remember the times we spent together during the years I was involved with Boone Lake. Our many trips to 5th District meetings. The times we spent together working on the board of directors of Boone Lake. I especially remember the joy he got from having the yearly cookouts for the 5th district and the times we had the kids at the lake fishing. He was certainly one of a kind guy who will be sorely missed.
To the Elmore Family- I cannot express enough what Ronnie meant in my life growing up. Whether he was driving my school bus, directing the youth choir at church, or blasting Alabama songs on the youth choir tour bus, he was always such a kind and loving person whom I looked up to. I will forever remember him singing, "Thank God For Kids" with Midge at the end of our youth choir performances. Heaven gained such a special angel yesterday when Ronnie arrived. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this difficult time.
