Obituary of Carl Anthony Domaschko Sr.

Carl Anthony Domaschko Sr., age 66, of Verona, passed away suddenly on Monday, November 13, 2017.

He was born to the late, Fred and Elsa Domaschko on July 16, 1951 in Erlanger, KY. Carl worked as an operator for Domaschko Excavating Contractors.

He enjoyed farming, bulldozing and eating sweets, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and family. Carl had a humorous nature and was always making people laugh and smile.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Freddy, Robert “Bob”, Richard and William “Bill”.

Carl is survived by his loving son and daughter-in-law, Carl Jr. and Melissa; siblings, George Domaschko, Danny Domaschko, Catherine Domaschko, Helen Long, Maryann Sullinger and Ann Liver; grandchildren, Austin, Dakota, Carl, Tyler and Kimberly; and 3 great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Carl will be held on Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 4PM until 8PM at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Florence.

The Funeral Service will be on Friday, November 17, 2017 beginning at 10AM, also at the funeral home.

Interment will immediately follow at St. Patrick Cemetery in Verona.
