My husband and I moved to Independence, Kentucky.....to Hartland Community .....5 1/2 years ago. I met Susan soon after while out looking for a bookshelf. Susan was having a yard sale, and while chatting with her, and asking about a bookshelf, she led me upstairs and proceeded to take books, etc, off a shelf from one in a bedroom. She said, “ How about this one?” I don,t think she even was thinking of selling it....but when I asked, she was willing to meet my need.
This describes my friend and Sister in the Lord. She was a “ giver”. Shortly after we met, she started a Ladies, neighborhood, prayer breakfast. She loved to have us there....always making delicious food, and decorating the table with seasonal decorations..to make it very special for all of us.
She loved Jesus, and she loved us. I feel very blessed knowing Susan these years. I thank the Lord for this privilege.
My sincere sympathy to Susan,s family. Her journey is ended....she,s home with her Lord Jesus.
