Q: How would you describe Charles to someone who had never met them?
A: Uncle Billy was the most generous and loving person ever. His diligence in looking after family members and friends over the years sets the bar high. I will always be grateful for the huge part he played in my life and my family's life. I will miss teasing him and trying to convince him to share his sweets. He was an inspiration to all of us: so astute, spot on about so many things, and fun to be around. We love you, Uncle Billy.
