I have known Dorthy all my life. Her dad told my dad to shape up. God had plans for you. Dad (Eugene Penn) use to tell the story about him in one of his sermon. I wish Dorthy could have heard the story. I will never forget going to church with Grandma (Ann Penn) and seeing Dorthy's smile while she was singing. She will be truly missed.
