I worked with Tom in the mortgage industry for a number of years, first with Norwest and then with Wells Fargo Mortgage. Tom was an excellent loan officer and worked hard for his clients. We shared the love for the mortgage industry and enjoyed mortgage loan competition within the companies. We had numerous business trips, shared a number of Red Strips and had some memorable experiences. I will miss my good friend and competitor as will many others. Tom Nestheide

I worked with Tom at Huntington for 10 or 11 years. He was a great guy that was always willing to help. He was a very nice guy and he will be sorely missed. Ton was someone that i could discuss life with, work, or anything else. He was shining example as a loan officer and was one of the few people at work that I got to know well enough to call friend. For nearly 50 years Tom and I shared thousands of wonderful experiences and shared our highs and lows as we grew up, got married and raised our families. Tom was the one friend who I envisioned would be there when we were retired, not only to laugh about the good old days but to make new memories. We will meet again my dear friend and until then I will miss you every day.

Tom and I shared alot of memories together while working together for about 10 years. Not only was he a great co-worker, he was a great friend. My greatest memory was our trips we earned from our employer, Wells Fargo. Teaching him to dance. "5 ,10, 50 cent dollar" was the song of choice we chose on the Cruise in the captains quarters. With family houseboat trips, excursions to Lake Denoon, a family wedding, or a Packers-Bengals game as a backdrop, the joyful memories created with Tom were seemingly endless. His zest for life, razor-sharp wit, humor and story-telling made Tom an easy companion for all occasions. There have been countless instances of gut-busting laughter that simultaneously makes you cry and your body hurt at the same time. A glass of bourbon, good music, a cream-filled coffee cake, and a Wisconsin bratwurst were the simplest of life's pleasures that seemed to always bring a smile to Tom's face. He was like an older brother to me and my siblings, and a son to my parents and we loved him dearly, and we will miss him terribly.
