Putnam family, Brenda would always volunteer in my first grade classroom. She related so well to the children. Ben was a bright and kind student -Brenda did an amazing job of raising her children, along with her husband, Kendall. Brenda was a great role model and fought so hard. Brenda was a brilliant star and the light of her generosity and warmth will never dim. If you are reading this, I know you can picture Brenda's radiant smile right now and hear the joy of her laughter that filled all of our hearts with spun sugar every time we heard it. And we were so lucky to hear it so often. Every single one of us is a better person for knowing Brenda. My heart is aching right now And I am holding Kendall, Abby, and Ben in my heart and thoughts. Brenda had a wonderful spirit and was friendly with everyone. I remember going on a Canisius College recruitment trip our senior year. As high school friends, we traveled with others. As part of the weekend, we went to a Sabres game. Brenda wanted to sit closer to the action, so we found seats near the glass and went to sit in them for the 3rd period. She was open to adventures and excitement, and she was a joy to be around. I'm very sorry for your loss and know her memories will carry you with joy. Our prayers are with you.

Brenda was truly a wonderful human being. Her Aunt Nanci and I watched her grow up from birth. I can’t remember a day when she didn’t have a smile on her face. She was always willing to help others in so many ways. She had a wonderful life with Kendall and Ben and Abby. I kept in touch with her during her illness and she always had a positive outlook. She will truly be missed. Uncle Pat.
