I worked for Dillard for 10+ years. I was skid when I started, and grew into a man. I will always remember the times with Jim, Vic, Mike, Rodney, and Allen, more importantly the time I spent with Dillard. We were all at the regency doing a job when Shirley died, I know he loved her dearly. I'm sure he is with her now, happy. I can hear her now," DH!, Eric's on the phone!" I miss the drive down Rice Rd to slip my timecard in the door, the horses behind the fence, and the occasional dead deer hanging in the barn. I was working alot of hours out of town when he died and was unable to make it. He is a huge pillar in my life. I miss him.
