Obituary of Dillard Rose

Dillard H. Rose, 73 of Covington, passed away February 17, 2012 at his home. Formerly employed at Interlake Steel, he was owner/operator of Rose Electric. Dillard was a Veteran of the Air Force, attended The Bridge Church in Wilder, Ky., a member of the Covington Masonic Lodge, National Wild Turkey Association and Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. Preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Abner Rose and sister, Doris Howell. Survived by daughter, Ramona Rose, sons, Don A. Rose and Rodney L. Rose, sister, Janice Haggard, brothers, Glenn Rose and Dexter Rose, 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at Chambers & Grubbs Independence on Thursday, 2/23/12. Visitation will be from 10 am. till 12 pm. Funeral ceremony will be at 12 pm. Burial will be in Ky. Veterans Cemetery North, Williamstown. Memorial donations to: Ky. Veterans Cemetery North Trust Fund, 205 Eibeck Ln., Williamstown, Ky. 41097.
