Alexa, I just received your message and words cannot express how touched I was that you remembered my Mom. I'm so very sorry to hear about your Mom as well. They were two strong ladies and both had a huge impact on us. I hope they are reuniting in Heaven and know they will continue to coach us all through our lives. what stands out in my mind about shirley is what a loving and caring daughter she was.as a small child I trick or treated at shirley's mothers house and later took my daughters there for the same. we always had a good visit and shirleys name came up everytime. Shirley will be missed by many. my thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Although I had only recently met Shirley, she left a lasting impression with me of kindness, love, energy and passion that I will never forget and always cherish. I am forever greatful for the opportunity to know her as a wonderful person and terrific mother to AJ and Jenny. "May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back.
